Lisbon, 09 February 2015 - Kelly Services was recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Portugal. With a focus on attracting the best professionals in the market, the organization aims to increase the size of its team by 20% in the medium term.

Kelly services has sought, through internal initiatives, to intensify the company's culture, to bring professionals closer together and to reinforce what differentiates the organization - the people, the work environment, customer orientation and the fact that they are a young team and dynamics within a multinational company.
The recognition in the “Best Companies to Work For” initiative comes from two different analysis components: a first aspect results from a confidential questionnaire carried out with employees; the second concerns the qualitative analysis of the Human Capital management practices followed by the organization.
The study “100 Best Companies to Work For” is an annual initiative carried out by Revista Exame in partnership with the consultancy Accenture.
