In a total of 250 executive recruitment companies considered for this category, the list Best Executive Recruiting Firms returns to contemplate the company in the top 10.
Lisbon, September 04, 2018 - Boyden, a world reference company in talent and leadership consulting, integrates, for the second consecutive year, the top 10 of the “Best Executive Recruting Firms 2018 prepared by Forbes. In total, there are 250 companies in the ranking prepared by the magazine.

To be congratulated is Boyden Portugal, which far exceeds the global results of the network and those of the Executive Search market, having achieved a growth of around 10,3% in Europe and Africa, according to data from the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) Report 2018.
Keeping the trend of continuous and sustained growth, Boyden Portugal grew in the last year by more than 40%. This increase index solidified the presence of Portugal on the podium of the global ranking of the network's performance (taking into account the sales indicator, weighted by GDP), only surpassed by Denmark and Finland.

Both Boyden and the other executive recruiting companies on this list were selected based on the results of an extensive independent survey conducted by Forbes and the data analysis company Satista.
In order to determine the positions, Statista entered into the system about 30.000 recruiters and 4.500 job candidates as well as human resources managers who have worked in the area for the past three years.
Respondents were asked to name the top ten executive search companies. Companies could not name themselves. Over 14500 nominations were collected from the companies with the most recommendations ranked higher.
