- Schedule Reshape Crisis Recovery supports companies to circumvent the crisis and safeguard the future
- Solution identifies key areas to address in the short term
The Covid-19 pandemic brought companies a context of uncertainty, crisis and threat to their survival. In this scenario, Mazars designed the Reshape Crisis Recovery, a recovery program aimed at business continuity and support for companies to overcome the crisis and safeguard the future.
O Reshape Crisis Recovery is a solution that integrates the assessment of the organization's situation and the operational impact of the pandemic, in conjunction with the study of different scenarios and forecast that allow informed decisions to be made in the most priority areas of intervention.
The program makes it possible to identify the areas of business most affected and which require a proactive and immediate response, to make operational practices more flexible, to structure costs in line with the pandemic and to design solutions for any challenges that may arise.
As Sérgio Santos Pereira, Partner and Head of Tax at Mazars Portugal, explains, “In the current context of a pandemic and imminent recession, many companies are asking themselves about the best approach to developing their business, trying to understand how they can survive and continue to be successful. Managing a business and identifying priority areas for action in contexts as disruptive as the current one is a large-scale challenge. We put our ability to analyze and identify trends at the service of this challenge. We hope that this knowledge, coupled with the ability to relate it to the reality of each company and the market, will promote the resilience and growth of Portuguese companies ”.
The tool is composed of 22 brief questions related to five fundamental areas for business success: Sales & Markets, Business Operations, Innovation & Digitalization, Performance & Financial Strength e Leadership & Management.
After completing the questionnaire, the company receives a heatmap with the illustration of the impact of the crisis in each of the key areas identified and insights relative to each of the areas.
