KCS IT ESTABLISHES PARTNERSHIP WITH ISDI AND OFFERS TRAINING IN SALESFORCE

Through ISDI, Salesforce Training Provider, KCS IT now offers Salesforce technology courses to Portugal.

KCS IT entered into a partnership with Salesforce Training Provider (SFTP) ISDI, offering new courses associated with this technology. This opportunity allows the consultant to become a Salesforce trainer in Portugal. For ISDI, this is the possibility of offering courses in the Portuguese language for the first time.

The advantages of this partnership for KCS IT are presented in four ways, in order to increase the pipeline of opportunities, create revenue in the Training area, improve the retention of consultants and carry out internal training with official materials and resources.

KCS IT now has increased capacities in the area of ​​Training, both for employees and customers or even for individuals. These courses make it possible to enrich companies and employees through Salesforce training that improves the teams 'technical and business skills and, consequently, the organizations' competitiveness.

According to Tiago Farinha, General Director of KCS IT, “This is a partnership that enhances the offer of KCS IT, which will add value to customers and improve the skills in Salesforce of many professionals in Portugal and beyond. Through it, there is, for the first time, the opportunity to offer training in Portuguese. This offer thus reaches a greater number of people and companies.
