The dynamics of management, marketing and communication and public relations intermingle, and often overlap, in the current uncertainty of the economy and the future of work. However, there is one thing that seems certain: the Purpose of a company and how the Brand of an organization cements the business will be the touchstone for the prosperity, or decline, of the companies or corporations.

Among those that are the countless management challenges and work challenges, there is one that surpasses all the others, which is the challenge of creating a culture of trust between employer and employee, between the company or organization and all stakeholders.

MKT&COMM and PR will help the management, directors and decision makers of companies to respond to the shift from Profit to Purpose, from Hierarchy to Network, from Controlling to Empowering.

A Purpose with which all stakeholders identify themselves, an empowerment that prepares people for the future, a network that is not controlled but from which it benefits. Building a collective intelligence, building, nurturing and nurturing strong relationships.

There is no prototype for the future. The future is a natural resource and a goal that must be shaped and designed by people and organizations so that we all want to live in it. If you are not the one who actually shapes the future, there are those who will do it for you.
