agap2IT closes the podium of the “Excellence Index” and takes 3rd place among the Big enterprises in the most recent edition of the initiative. Employer Branding and skills development are the basis for the distinction.

 agap2IT won the 3rd place in the category of Big enterprises in the sixth edition of the “Excellence Index” study, up one position from the previous year. The bet on an approach to Employer Branding, with its own brand, is the basis of a strategy aimed at involving employees and creating a platform for attracting and retaining talent. An internal inquiry into the values ​​that constitute the “agapian spirit” was the starting point to enhance the identity and connection to the culture of the IT consultant.

In a competitive and constantly changing market, it is necessary to adapt to the identified needs and enhance the added value of teams in an organization. The investment made by agap2IT in Employer Branding, combining culture and values, processes, training and development of skills, makes it possible to clarify the spirit and set of skills that differentiate the consultancy and position it as a reference in the IT universe and in the context of innovation created in the sector.
