KCS iT climbs seven positions to take 2nd place among the Big enterprises in the study “Excellence Index”. The initiative, in its sixth edition, aims to reward organizations that invest the most in the development and satisfaction of their People.

Lisbon, February 25, 2022 – KCS iT won 2nd place in the category of Big enterprises in the sixth edition of the study “Excellence Index”. Having already figured in the top 10 from the previous edition of the initiative this is the best rating ever for the IT consultant.

The recognition comes at a time when talent management is taking on a truly global dimension at KCS iT. The consultancy has clients on four continents and in sectors such as healthcare, banking, logistics and government institutions. These are answered by a senior team from offices located in Lisbon, Porto, Leiria, Terceira Island and Brussels, but also teams in Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico, USA, Turkey, Pakistan and India.

The Excellence Index is the largest free study of organizational climate and human capital development carried out in Portugal and is developed by Neves de Almeida HR Consulting in partnership with Human Resources Portugal, Executive Digest and ISCTE Executive Education. Its main objective is to analyze the current Human Resources practices and allows a comparison with the benchmarking, becoming an important management tool for participating organizations.
