O Team Building is a type of training which instead of focusing on improving the technical knowledge of employees focuses on deepening the relationships between them. The assumption is that teamwork adds a lot of value to an organization's culture.

O Team Building encourages the practice of dynamic activities outside an organization with the aim of engaging, and at the same time entertaining, participants.
