That key to success is happiness.<\/p>\n<p>If we aren\u2019t happy doing what we love, how can we be successful? An employee who isn\u2019t motivated and happy won\u2019t devote themselves fully to their work. If a leader isn\u2019t happy both professionally and personally, they won\u2019t lead in a way that enables their team to perform their tasks well.
