And knowing that the consequences of this decision can be immediate, short or long term.<\/p>\n<p>The complexity of decision-making begins when we identify a problem or an opportunity, which leads us to the need to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.totvs.com\/blog\/negocios\/tomada-de-decisao\/\">making decisions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But this moment of decision can be quite difficult and, when made, can have positive or negative consequences.<\/p>\n<h4>Factors that influence decision-making:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree of importance attributed;<\/li>\n<li>Objective to be achieved;<\/li>\n<li>Reflections of the choice on the individual's personal or professional life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The basis for making good decisions is self-knowledge, since it is from this that we can decide which paths to take, which implies a good investigation of our surroundings.<\/p>\n<h4>Chiavenato (1997) argues that decision-making is influenced by the individual characteristics of the decision-maker.<\/h4>\n<p>The process is divided into seven stages:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Perception of the situation that encompasses a problem;<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosis and definition of the problem;<\/li>\n<li>Definition of objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Search for alternative solutions or courses of action;<\/li>\n<li>Choosing the most appropriate alternative to achieve the objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation and comparison of these alternatives;<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the chosen alternative.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The ideal scenario involves a group decision, i.e. together with the executive board.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/say-u.pt\/en\/\">SayU Consulting<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O processo de tomada de decis\u00e3o nas empresas Todo o processo que envolve a tomada de uma decis\u00e3o \u00e9 complexo.
