There are always communication difficulties within organizations, especially between hierarchies.<\/h4>\n

The study \u201cThe Digital Culture challenge: Closing the Employee-Leadership Gap\u201d <\/a><\/em>is carried out as part of the digital transformation within companies.\u00a0<\/em>This study is promoted by Capgemini in partnership with Brian Solis - international analyst and digital sector specialist.<\/p>\n

The main conclusion of this study is that the main obstacle or difficulty in correctly implementing Digital Transformation within companies is its organizational culture<\/a> traditional.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also in this study, it is possible to conclude that 40% of the administrative managers consider that their organizations have a digital culture, but only 27% of the employees have the same opinion.<\/p>\n

We highlight some of the main obstacles to Digital Transformation within organizations listed in \u201cThe Digital Challenge\u201d:<\/h4>\n

    Only 7% of the companies surveyed considered that they had the capacity to learn new concepts and put them into practice quickly.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n
