Innovative companies create new value in the market\u2014they don\u2019t just improve on something that already exists.<\/p>\n<h4>Here is a selection from the 2017 ranking of the most innovative companies and their creations and innovations:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Thursday \u2013 Snapchat: <\/strong>It is an example of innovation, through the creation of a social network where messages \u201cdisappear\u201d shortly after they are posted. It was a pioneer in this area, and several other social networks have followed the same approach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>4th  \u2013 Apple:<\/strong>\u00a0Apple reinvents itself almost \u201cevery day.\u201d The release of new iPhones almost every year\u2014each one increasingly interactive and capable\u2014has made Apple world-renowned. We know that the iPhone has changed the way smartphones are designed and manufactured. Apple\u2019s latest innovation involves using artificial intelligence to enhance its customers\u2019 daily lives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3. \u2013 Uber:<\/strong>\u00a0Uber has revolutionized the way people use taxis and private drivers. It has sparked a lot of controversy by displacing certain jobs, such as those of traditional taxi drivers around the world. Controversies aside, Uber continues to gain prominence and attract more and more users, and is currently developing technologies to create self-driving cars\u2014without a driver. Innovative, right?<\/li>\n<li><strong>2. \u2013 Google:<\/strong>\u00a0Google's new project is called Tango, and its goal is to measure physical space without relying on GPS or other signals.
