Marketing studies the causes and mechanisms that govern exchange relationships (goods, services, or ideas) and aims to ensure that the outcome of such a relationship is a sale that satisfies all parties involved in the process.\u00a0With the expansion of internet use and the media presence of social networks, marketing is now moving toward an even greater focus on business intelligence, as it is possible to understand customer behavior and purchasing habits by analyzing cross-referenced data from various sources.<\/p>\n

Advertising is neither impartial nor purely informative; it is a professional activity dedicated to the public dissemination of ideas associated with companies, products, or services. This form of communication serves to shape images and opinions, and primarily uses emotion to reach the audience or the repetition of words to instill an idea. Advertising is the result of a strategy; it is essential for marketing to make a brand well-known.<\/p>\n

Public relations is the practice of managing the exchange of information between an individual, an organization, and the public. The goal of a public relations professional is to persuade potential clients, investors, partners, employees, and other stakeholders to hold certain viewpoints on a subject. The PR professional can be seen as the journalist\u2019s right-hand person in creating content, although they advocate, above all, for the client\u2019s point of view.<\/p>\n

Essentially, journalists work impartially and draw on certain theories to convey news information to different audiences.<\/p>\n

All of these areas fall under the umbrella of communication; each has its own way of functioning and its own dynamics, and each organization must be approached thoughtfully in order to position itself effectively in the market.
