KCS IT won 5th place among the Large companies<\/em> in its second participation in the \"Index of Excellence\" study, an initiative designed to reward the organizations that invest the most in the development and satisfaction of their employees.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Lisbon, February 2020<\/strong> - KCS IT won 5th place in the category of Large companies<\/em> in the 4th edition of the \"Excellence Index\" study. The winners of the initiative, which aims to analyse the organizational climate and human capital development and is carried out by Neves de Almeida | HR Consulting, in partnership with Human Resources Portugal, Executive Digest and INDEG-ISCTE, were announced at a ceremony held in Lisbon.<\/p>\n

The constant innovation of the brand, associated with the expansion in the IT market and the proximity created between the organization and its 415 professionals, are among the main differentiating factors pointed out to the consultancy.<\/p>\n
