To be more competitive in the \u2018new normal,\u2019 companies say it is necessary to anticipate and implement new solutions that go beyond simply \u2018communicating the business,\u2019\u201d concludes Ana Raposo of ESCS, as quoted in a press release. \u201cTo achieve the goal of adding value to the organization and making it more competitive, B2B communication must be guided by stakeholder mapping and management processes, always keeping business objectives in mind,\u201d the researcher emphasizes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA company will be more efficient if it manages its communication processes with various stakeholders in a planned and intentional manner.
