This strategic realignment focuses on Kelly Services\u2019 areas of expertise and includes the 2013 launch of a new brand in the Portuguese market for the outsourcing sector: Kelly OCG \u2013 Outsourcing &amp; Consulting Group.<\/p>\n<p>According to Afonso Carvalho, Country General Manager at Kelly Services, <em>\u201cIn contrast to the prevailing market trend, Kelly Services has stepped up its investment in its global strategy for 2014.
