On the same day, the authors of the 21 finalist business ideas will be received by the Presidency of the Republic.<\/p>\n<p>For Jo\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo Cunha, CEO of Acredita Portugal, <strong><em>\"This competition exists as a platform to allow individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to test their projects before they go to market, and the response to this opportunity couldn't be clearer. The number of ideas entered has been increasing steadily and this year we saw an increase of more than 30% compared to the number of projects in last year's edition. This level of participation makes this the largest entrepreneurship competition in the world and attests to the relevance of an initiative of this nature in Portugal.
