Once you\u2019ve built up a following, they\u2019ll provide a vital step toward enhancing the organization\u2019s credibility, enabling you to develop case studies and present testimonials. They\u2019ll become the example that helps demonstrate the work you\u2019ve done.<\/p>\n

To have a vision<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is extremely important to have a flexible plan that the organization can follow for its first year, first five years, and even its first decade. However, don\u2019t become too attached to any specific strategy, because the plan will likely need to be significantly revised over time.<\/p>\n
