In a context of increasing technological change and innovation, the KCS iT<\/a> integrates skills to launch Key Services, a digital interactive experience solution. The provision of an innovative offer, along with the consultancy's goal of internationalization, allows it to reach the historic milestones of \u20ac10 million in turnover and 270 employees in 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Starting with a restructuring of its offer that began in 2016, in 2017 KCS iT launched a project designed to meet the needs of current market developments. The Key Services project is a specialized solution for designing strategies and developing interactive digital experiences, taking advantage of the Internet as a leveraging platform for business innovation. The offer now available promises a return of around \u20ac600,000 \/ 6% in turnover for the consultancy's global offer.<\/p>\n

For Tiago Farinha, Managing Director of KCS iT, \"In 2017 we will continue to invest in solutions that are aligned with the current market. Companies see technology as an element that supports their operations and only tools that represent a clear added value in this context can be successful. The skills of the KCS iT team and the experience of previous projects allow us to create an offer geared towards the current technology paradigm and what is expected to be the innovation environment in the coming years.\"<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The consultant identifies the Internet of Things<\/em> (loT), Cognitive Systems and Virtual Reality<\/em> (RV) & Augmented<\/em> (RA) and tools in Chatbot<\/em>These include the innovative technological aspects that gained increased relevance in 2016, as well as the trends that will mark the current and future market.<\/p>\n

KCS iT's offer is based on three areas of competence: Consulting Services<\/em>, Technology Services<\/em> e Training<\/em>. The \"Consulting\" vector represents Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) and Key Services (Product, Projects, Academies and Nearshore). The \"Technology\" sector includes IT Contracting services. Across the board, \"Training\" specializes in preparation for PMP Certification and Maintenance Courses, as well as training in Business Analysis and technological areas (e.g. MVC, Sharepoint, Java, IOS, etc.).<\/p>\n

In addition to investing in offering differentiating projects as a market affirmation strategy for 2017, the consultancy will also enter new markets, with a European positioning aimed at Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. At the same time, KCS iT is opening an office in Porto in the first half of the year with the aim of providing closer support to its clients and promoting the growth of companies in the northern region of the country.<\/p>\n
