The Age of Entrepreneurs<\/h4>\n

The age of entrepreneurs has arrived, and judging by the number of startups springing up every day, it\u2019s here to stay. This is one of the signs of the market\u2019s current evolution and cannot be ignored. The desire for power has given way to the desire to be an entrepreneur. Young people aren\u2019t interested in holding high-level positions; true fulfillment comes from owning something of their own, even if it\u2019s just a small business. There\u2019s only one rule: have an innovative idea.<\/p>\n

It is in this context\u2014a socioeconomic environment that cries out for innovation\u2014that companies that have been in the market since the last century (if I may use that expression) are trying to adapt and survive. Never before has the generational gap been felt as strongly in the professional world as it is today.<\/p>\n

Fierce competition creates turbulent markets, and managers are at their wits' end. Now the question is: Is this reaction really necessary? No. There is room in the market and business opportunities for everyone; the key is knowing how to take advantage of them.<\/p>\n

Focus on solutions, not problems. The solution is simple: \u201cIf you can\u2019t beat them, join them.\u201d In other words\u2014and returning to the business context\u2014adapt. Adapt your company to the market. Take younger perspectives into account, listen to those who are succeeding, and don\u2019t dismiss someone just because they\u2019re younger than you. Be a reflection of this era and create an environment where innovation is the watchword.<\/p>\n
