The new leadership team is strengthening coordination across departments and leading the company's transformation through the Euromaster Global Experience program.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Euromaster<\/a> It has created a Transformation and Development Division for Portugal and Spain, led by Juan Manuel Valtue\u00f1a, who until now had been in charge of the Operations Division alongside Carlos Clemente. Since taking on his new role on June 1, he has been working with the management team to evolve the organization\u2019s processes, structures, and working models.<\/p>\n

The new leadership, which is part of the strategy of the network specializing in comprehensive automotive maintenance, will strengthen coordination across departments, accelerate strategic projects, and drive operational innovation, ensuring a consistent experience for customers, employees, and franchisees.<\/p>\n

Carlos Clemente has been appointed, exclusively, as Head of Operations for Euromaster in Portugal and Spain. With a proven track record at the company, he will continue to lead the operational management of the network in the Iberian Peninsula and drive the brand\u2019s growth strategy.<\/p>\n

Euromaster Global Experience: The Cornerstone of Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new leadership team will spearhead the Euromaster Global Experience program, which will guide the company\u2019s transformation through 2031, with the goal of making the organization simpler, more agile, more profitable, and more digital.<\/p>\n

Based on streamlining processes, accelerating decision-making, and advancing digitalization, the program aims to improve the experience for customers and employees, optimize network operations, and enhance the value provided to franchisees and partners.<\/p>\n

Implementation will be carried out by multidisciplinary teams, which will develop projects in the new Thinking Room<\/em> from Euromaster, using data analysis and scalable solutions across the entire network.<\/p>\n

The company will also continue to integrate artificial intelligence technologies to optimize processes, enhance team capabilities, and provide a more efficient, accurate, and personalized service.<\/p>\n
