agap2IT won 3rd place in the category of Large companies in the sixth edition of the "Excellence Index" study, moving up one position from the previous year. The focus on Employer Branding, with its own brand, is the basis of a strategy designed to involve employees and create a platform for attracting and retaining talent. An internal survey on the values that make up the "Agapian spirit" was the starting point for boosting the identity and connection to the IT consultancy's culture.
