Allurity acquires Portuguese CloudComputing

Acquisition strengthens Allurity's position in southern European markets, where it is fostering its growth strategy, and fits in with its goal of becoming a European cybersecurity giant.

Lisbon, April 18th - Alluritya European cybersecurity services provider, has finalized the acquisition of Portugal's CloudComputing. The deal is an important step toward consolidating the company's goal of becoming a European giant in the sector and being able to compete on equal terms with other conglomerates in the US and China.

CloudComputing brings to the group a complete and robust offering in terms of identity, zero trust and information security. The company becomes part of a decentralized structure, maintaining its operational independence, brand, identity and culture, while benefiting from the scale and synergies of the Allurity group.

Founded in 2010, it has since partnered with a number of clients in both the public and private sectors, managing more than 10 million digital identities in Europe and the Americas. In addition, it works in areas such as identity management, zero trust journeys, digital workplace and mobile security.

With this transaction, the Allurity group is giving a strong boost to its growth strategy in key markets. In particular, with this acquisition, in the markets of southern Europe.

In recent months, the group has been acquiring other cybersecurity companies, with the aim of becoming the preferred partner for the provision of these services in the European Union. The acquisition of CloudComputing is joined by Sweden's Arctic Group, ID North and Pulsen IAM, Spain's Aiuken Cybersecurity, Denmark's CSIS and Switzerland's Securix, for a total of seven acquisitions by the Allurity group.
