Montepio Acredita Portugal competition finalists
The finalists for the 10th edition of the Montepio Acredita Portugal competition have already been chosen. The competition includes projects in the areas of social entrepreneurship, mobility, sustainability, technology, innovation, new products and education.
The 21 finalist projects in the 10th edition of the Montepio Acredita Portugal Competition, the entrepreneurship contest promoted by Acredita Portugal and Banco Montepio, are now known.
The finalist ideas selected in an evaluation session of pitch by a jury made up of invited partners and entrepreneurs, reflect the comprehensive nature of the initiative, which aims to be a space for empowering entrepreneurship.
Social Entrepreneurship Category
Stop Bullying - The concept of bullying is introduced to pre-school children through the Marcolina Stork. With a book and a board game, positive methods and behaviors are developed in children as young as 3 years old to prevent and combat the disease. bullying, based on fun activities and challenges.
Ruralize - Project that creates a link between the city and the countryside and thereby promotes a more sustainable lifestyle healthier and more balanced without requiring a radical change of lifestyle. Reflora Initiative - Platform that responds to climate urgency based on reforestation projects and the issuance of carbon credits. These 21 finalist projects will now go through a two-month Acceleration Program, co-organized with Cron.Studio - Acredita Portugal's strategic and operational partner - and which will feature Diogo Bhovan, the company's CEO, as the Program's Lead Trainer and Mentor. In addition to the Masterclasses in the area of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Mentoring Sessions that Diogo Bhovan will provide to the finalists of the competition, they will also have access to Acredita Portugal's Network of Mentors and to a group of specialists in such important topics as "Legal and Tax Framework for Companies", "Intellectual Property", "Digital Marketing", "Alternative Forms of Financing", among others.
In addition, the winning projects receive a huge package of services designed to support their entry or consolidation in the market and access to various incubation spaces. The winners will be announced at an awards gala to be held in September, an initiative that this year is taking place in a 100% format online.
