KCS IT ended 2018 with a historic turnover of €11.6 million, €1.6 million higher than expected. The strategy for the next two years includes the development of new areas of activity, original solutions aligned with the market and expansion into the international market.
Lisbon, April 22nd, 2019 - KCS IT closed 2018 with a turnover of €11.6 million in Portugal - a growth of 27% compared to the previous year - surpassing the €10 million mark for the first time. The consultancy's team also grew considerably last year, from 252 to 318 employees.
The plan for 2019/2020 includes the objectives of expanding the existing network of clients, boosting presence in international markets and identifying new demographic segments and sectors of activity.

2018 was marked by the consultant's commitment to restructuring the services offered by the Key Services unit, which provides solutions in the areas of Innovation, Research & Development, Nearshore Services and Digital Product Development. The restructuring was based on five operational axes: leadership, retaining and obtaining new clients, development, project management and digital marketing. The aim of boosting the unit will continue in 2019, geared towards growth in new areas, namely Digital Marketing and Communication, Business Intelligence and Data Science & Analytics.
In 2018, KCS iT was recognized as a suitable company by the National Innovation Agency for R&D activities. The creation and development of differentiating products is increasingly part of the consultancy's matrix.
In 2019, KCS iT's offer will include pioneering representation of important partners in the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Mulesoftintegration solution, DocuSignelectronic signature, and Visual Cuevisualization of KPIs through signage icons.
