Mazars, the international consulting and auditing firm, announces that its corporate university - Mazars University - has received CLIP accreditation for the second time in a row. CLIP is the leading certification for corporate universities based on 101 assessment areas and an external peer review. Among the accredited companies include Capgemini, Peugeot, Santander, Siemens, among others.
Mazars University receives the certification after a successful evaluation of its leadership, programs and services, innovation and human and physical resource capacities.
The university was created in 2008 to help future managers acquire new skills, share knowledge and promote innovation. It offers 21 leadership and business development programs, including the renowned The Next MBA. Other Mazars University programs include the Women's Leadership Seminar and the Business Development Accelerator. On average, around 14,000 people study at Mazars University every year. Mazars received CLIP accreditation for the first time in 2015.
Hervé Hélias, CEO and Chairman of Mazars, says that "At Mazars, we are a company of people. We feel a great responsibility towards our people and their professional integration. By helping them grow as experts in their fields and empowering them to lead, we keep up to date and put ourselves in the best position to respond to our clients and continue to be an employer of choice. As a former student of The Next MBA, I recognize the importance of learning after leaving the traditional classroom."
Commenting on Mazars University's 'best practices', Martin Moehrle, Director of CLIP, says that "We have been particularly impressed by Mazars University, especially the quality of the learning ecosystem it has built up over the years, be it other companies, faculty members or service providers. The relationship between the members goes far beyond a mere business transaction and can serve as an example of good practice for the profession."
Laurent Choain, Chief People, Education and Culture Office at Mazars, adds that "With this second CLIP accreditation, valid for another five years, Mazars confirms its commitment to setting high standards in the context of corporate learning. This accreditation confirms our belief that education must be at the heart of any modern talent acquisition, management and development strategy. With over 7,000 new Mazarians every year, we take our commitment to their development seriously - learning shouldn't end when we start work."
