Prémio K.Tech da KCS IT está de volta
Prémio K.Tech: Inscrições para a X edição do concurso de empreendedorismo abertas até 1 de março de 2020
Lisboa, 19 de dezembro de 2019 - Applications for the K.Tech Award, a vertente tecnológica do concurso de empreendedorismo da Acredita Portugal desenvolvido em parceria com a consultora KCS iT pelo quarto ano consecutivo.
A iniciativa integra o Montepio Acredita Portugal, o maior concurso de empreendedorismo de Portugal e o segundo maior a nível mundial e premeia ideias e projetos que passam por vários setores e áreas económicas e sociais. O Prémio K.Tech recebeu, na sua última edição cerca de 1.700 candidaturas.
Applications can be submitted to onlinefree of charge, until the day 1 de março de 2020 through the acreditaportugal.pt.
This competition aims to support anyone with a business idea, regardless of their age, level of education or location in Portugal, by supporting promising projects with specialized know-how for their development and evaluation. The best projects have direct contact with investors, experts and mentors, as well as access to personalized training and the opportunity to join a pre-acceleration program.
The winners of the Award will be supported by KCS iT in their entry into the market, through the award of a grant of hours to implement best practices at PMI level.

Fernando Fraga, Innovation Director at Acredita Portugal, explains that "In partnership with KCS iT, we have set up an award dedicated to technology applied to traditional Portuguese industrial sectors, to industries that already exist but need to be updated, enabling the creation of larger-scale, more sustainable businesses that preserve knowledge. Technology is not the goal, but it is the way to get there. The added value of technology and what we do with KCS iT is to take technology where it is not yet present and to develop new solutions for traditional sectors of industry and take them to a new level of growth."
In a selection process that begins with an analysis of the market and the business model, candidates go through successive stages of development, from the marketing plan and financial plan to the presentation of the project in the form of a pitch.
Todos os participantes do Concurso são premiados, graças à rede de parceiros da Acredita Portugal que investem nos empreendedores portugueses. Entre todos os prémios dados (participantes, semifinalistas, finalistas e vencedores), contam-se mais de 500.000€ em prémios em serviços, com o objetivo de apoiar as necessidades no momento de go to market.
