The importance of good communication in an organization

Good communication

Good communication is an essential tool for achieving productivity and maintaining strong working relationships.

Poor communication in the workplace will inevitably lead to a demotivated team. They may consequently begin to question their own confidence, their abilities and, inevitably, the organization. Employees need to be in agreement with the company's proposal, ensuring efficiency and quality in services.

In order to promote satisfaction in the workplace, it is necessary to build a communication channel. In addition, it is important to monitor what happens before, during and after contact with the customer.

Internal Communication, or Endomarketing, seeks to promote this type of clear and open channel at all levels and segments of the organization. It aims to promote a correct understanding of the objectives. These channels are useful for achieving greater commitment from employees. All of this helps in achieving the proposed objectives and in the continuous search for improvements. However, this attitude is essential because consumers adapt to service performance levels.

Communication is fundamental for an organization to survive and have a good relationship with its publics. But it happens through the process of interaction that the company develops. By working with communication on a daily basis, integration between employees increases, helping projects to succeed and information to be understood.

For communication to have the expected effect, it needs to be clear. Communicating is not just passing on information to someone, but being able to speak and be understood. In everyday life, it is common for the exchange of information to lead to miscommunication, due to a lack of clarity and correct interpretations.
