TO BE ON SOCIAL MEDIA

First of all, a company cannot afford to to be in the Social Networks. It’s not enough to simply have a presence on digital platforms; you must also make the most of that presence.

Making yourself and your projects known, standing out, and attracting talent—this is the path to establishing a strong position in this new digital world. An organization with a strong identity will have no trouble surviving in this environment. More than just surviving—it will thrive in this environment.

Before creating an account on social media, set your goals and figure out which platforms will help you achieve them. In other words, be on the Facebook It's not the same as being on LinkedIn, and vice versa. Align your goals with what the platform offers, keeping in mind that:

Facebook

Expand reach and disseminate information—that is, raise awareness and provide information about, manage engagement, build brand recognition and generate buzz.

Instagram

Inspires – Engages emotions more easily, making it ideal for fostering an emotional connection to the brand.

Twitter

It encourages the expression of opinions and the exchange of ideas, requires a high level of engagement and feedback from the company, and is ideal for building relationships.

LinkedIn

Professional Network, which is essential for attracting talent and can be a key tool for the organization's marketing efforts.

Finally, don't forget that quantity doesn't equal quality. Be strategic—don't join every social media platform; join only those that allow you to achieve your goals, and make the most of your presence on those platforms.
