ADRITEM launches “Do you think you can handle it?” project”

ADITREM event with a special focus on innovative projects that promote mental health and happiness at work

Oliveira de Azeméis, April 16th - ADITREM's Start In project, in co-promotion with Gaiurb, is promoting the following day May 10th, no Ul Welcome Business Center - Loureiro, o "AQCA - Can You Stand It?". This innovative event offers a practical and immersive experience in which participants will experience the challenges of a whole year of entrepreneurship in just one day.

From managing deadlines and unforeseen events to making decisions under pressure, AQCA is designed to develop essential skills for thriving in the business world. Designed to challenge participants' limits, it offers a unique, hands-on experience that reflects the real challenges of entrepreneurship. expertise of the guest speakers and the solidity of the sponsoring companies.

As well as encouraging the development of essential skills, it reinforces its commitment to social responsibility by earmarking the registration fee to promote projects that boost mental health and happiness in the workplace.

AQCA also marks the inauguration of the NIBEL - Center for Innovation and Welfare at Work, the first European incubator focused exclusively on research and innovation for mental health, well-being and happiness at work.

With the NIBEL, Through the Start In project, ADITREM reaffirms its commitment to leading the transformation of the labor market, promoting innovative solutions for a more balanced and healthy professional environment.

O “Think you can handle it” is intended for:

  • Beginning entrepreneurs - have a business idea and need guidance and impetus to take the first steps;
  • Growing entrepreneurs - are looking to expand and consolidate their businesses, but face challenges in defining the best strategy;
  • Professionals in career transition - are considering a career change and want to acquire the skills to lead their own business;
  • Students and young professionals - aim to explore the world of entrepreneurship and develop essential skills for the future;

Developed by ADITREM - Integrated Regional Development Association of the Lands of Santa Maria, the AQCA has:  

  • Interactive Challenges: Realistic business simulations where participants make strategic decisions under pressure, facing crises, conflicts and leading teams.
  • Growth opportunityPractical activities that develop key skills such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence and time management.
  • Networking and Innovation: A space for entrepreneurs and experts to exchange experiences and ideas, encouraging partnerships and innovative projects.
  • Panel discussions: Debates with leading professionals on best practices and the current challenges of entrepreneurship.
  • Practical Workshops: Sessions focused on techniques to manage stress, practice mindfulness and strengthen emotional intelligence.

The ACQA takes place in six rooms, in which, during one intensive day - from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. - you live what an entrepreneur lives for a year:

  • Room 1: Idea validation: Participants test and challenge their ideas with other entrepreneurs, promoting critical thinking and adaptation to perspectives.
  • Room 2: Definition of the Business Model: With expert guidance, the projects are structured on the Business Model Canvas, adjusting the main elements of the business.
  • Room 3: Creation of the Prototype (MVP): Development of a functional prototype with limited resources, stimulating creativity and execution skills.
  • Room 4: Pitch presentation: The entrepreneurs present their projects to a panel of experts, testing the clarity, soundness and viability of their proposals.
  • Room 5: Business Training: Practical training on the essential steps to launching a company, from market analysis to financial planning and legalization.
  • Room 6: Final Presentation: Final presentation to investors and regional business leaders, with the opportunity to attract interest and potential support.

Registration:

Registration is now open and can be done at www.conseguesaguentar.pt. Places are limited and recommended for entrepreneurs, managers, business leaders, human resources professionals and anyone interested in transforming the workplace into a healthier and more productive space.

The registration fee is €99.90 until April 20; €120 from April 20 to April 30; €150 from May 1 to 6. Includes up to 2 people per project; coffee-break and lunch and Networking Sunset. The registration fee will go entirely to a social investment grant that supports innovative projects in mental health and happiness at work.

This initiative takes place as part of the Start In Impact Center promoted by ADRITEM in partnership with Gaiurb, funded under the Norte 2030 program.
