Lisbon, May 17, 2022 – DXspark developed the new portal CA Online Insurance. Available since the beginning of the year, it allows all of the brand's customers to manage their insurance policies more digitally. “CA Seguros” new platform lets you manage your insurance policies online—wherever and whenever you need to—in a simple, fast, and secure way.”, explains Carlos Pereira, Director of the Reinsurance and Innovation Office at CA Seguros.
Through the digital platform, you can access policy information and documentation, simulate and purchase new insurance policies, request assistance, file claims, update personal information, access digital cards, or purchase insurance online—all without paper or a signature.
Although the service remains available at Crédito Agrícola branches as well, this complementary channel leads to gains in productivity and efficiency and, above all, greater customer satisfaction by providing useful, simple, and always accessible services.
Ricardo Amado, Executive Director of DXspark, highlights the role of the business unit: “DXspark was responsible for developing the entire portal, which took place during the second half of 2021 and included the complete definition of features and internal processes. The implemented solution aims to help the insurance company reach more customers, whether they are individuals who are not familiar with mobile apps or, in the future, businesses. In addition, this portal allows for the development of complex UX features that are not advisable in a mobile environment.”.
The portal CA Online Insurance enables customers to view information such as policies and documents, as well as paid and outstanding bills; provides health cards in digital format, eliminating the need for physical cards; and allows customers to submit claims for auto, health, home, or other types of coverage; file claims (Personal Accident, Hunters, Dogs and Cats, Cyclists, Clinicard, Civil Liability—Family, Home, and Auto); simulate and purchase new insurance policies; view CA Seguros’ network of partners, which includes the Crédito Agrícola branch network; and access a personal account management area.
