The franchised network celebrates its 15th anniversary and consolidates the trust and stability of the business model.
Euromaster has renewed the contracts with its franchised workshops, which expire in 2025, for a further five years. The renewal reflects the strength of the vehicle care and maintenance specialist's franchise model, which has been able to combine corporate solidity with a long-term relationship between the brand and its partners. It's no coincidence that the franchise network has been in business for 15 years, with many franchisees renewing their agreement for the third time.
The information was released during Euromaster's Iberian Convention 2025, held this month in Marbella (Málaga), which brought together franchised workshops from Spain, Andorra and Portugal to lay the foundations for collaboration in the coming years. The company currently has a total of 545 workshops throughout the Iberian Peninsula, 447 in Spain (of which around three out of four are franchises), 95 in Portugal and another 3 in Andorra. In Portugal and Andorra, all the workshops are franchised.
The convention marked the beginning of a new phase for the company, guided by three principles that define its corporate culture: professionalism, honesty and customer focus.
“This convention is a tribute to all the people who are part of the Euromaster family, because every manager and every worker strives every day, with honesty and professionalism, to achieve the satisfaction of our customers. At Euromaster, it's people who move us and we strive for the mobility of all of them, whatever the vehicle or technology they use to get around. So let's keep moving forward and growing together with the same passion that drives us every day: people”, says Boanerges Corado Neto.
The meeting was attended by Euromaster's new general manager for Spain, Andorra and Portugal, Boanerges Corado Neto, accompanied by Euromaster and Michelin Europe managers. Among them, David Jean, Euromaster's new CEO; Adina Poenaru, Marketing Director Europe; Victorie de la Judie, Michelin's head of southern Europe; and Alexandre Hennion, Michelin's commercial director for Spain and Portugal. Their presence served to underline the institutional support for the project and the commitment to sustained, shared growth.
The best rated network in Portugal and Spain
The results of this strategy are reflected in customer satisfaction. According to the evaluations published on Google by the independent consultancy Ipsos, the Euromaster network has been the best rated in Spain for four consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024).
In Portugal, Euromaster has been recognized as a «Trusted Workshop», according to industry surveys. These recognitions value four key aspects of Euromaster's relationship with its customers: the quality of the work carried out, the customer service, the speed of the service and the friendliness of the team.
