As Mazars' Managing Partner in Portugal explains, "this is a strategic operation that meets the objectives set for Mazars in terms of broadening the range of services available to our clients and strengthening the growth of the team and turnover".

The merger and integration operation undertaken by Mazars takes place in a context of reinvention for auditing, associated on the one hand with the effects of the digital revolution, but also with new client expectations and regulatory changes in the sector.

In Portugal, Mazars has annual growth targets in the double digits for the next two years.

The consultant does not rule out the possibility of new integrations, within the same sector or in others complementary to the existing offer.
