Lisbon, April 23, 2015 – The Hiq Group has just announced the acquisition of the Qim info, an IT and software engineering consulting firm that operates in the fields of public administration, banking, insurance, Trading, Industry, and Health. The acquisition was described by Patrice Giudicelli, Franck Deschodt, and Arnaud Guirouvet—co-founders, Chairman, and General Managers of the Hiq Group—as having been completed on favorable terms and representing a real opportunity for growth.
The acquisition enables the Group to expand its current offerings in the field of IT and Software Engineering through commercial synergies designed to complement its existing operations and drive the Group’s growth, which in 2014 reached a global revenue of more than 130 million euros.
Founded in 2004, with offices in Geneva and Lausanne, the Qim info has been providing services to clients are primarily located in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, and its consultants have carried out projects with international clients based in the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore, Russia, and Morocco.
