KCS IT grows over 50%

KCS iT ended last year with an increase of more than 50% in its revenue. The business expansion strategy outlined for 2016 and the expected growth of the IT market in Portugal suggest that the consulting firm will continue the positive trend it has achieved.

Lisbon, March 23, 2016 – KCS iT closed out 2015 with the highest figures the consulting firm has achieved in its 8 years of operation: €7.25 million in revenue and 226 employees. These results represent a 56% increase in revenue and a 29% increase in the number of employees on the consulting firm’s team compared to the previous year. This growth now allows the firm to explore new opportunities in international projects and to invest in the development of innovative solutions.

The expected increase in ICT spending in the domestic market in 2016—2.6% more than last year—suggests the possibility of consolidating the positive trend in the consulting firm’s results. For this year, the targets already set call for continued growth, with projected revenue of 8.3M€ and a workforce of 250 employees.

The creation of solutions in-house Through KCS iT’s consultants, the company is able to meet the needs identified in the market, and fostering intrapreneurial ideas is one of the steps taken to differentiate its offerings. At the same time, the management team will be strengthened, investments will be made in the training and certification of consultants, and partnerships with other organizations in the market will be consolidated.
