KCS iT has appointed Bruno Rosário as its new CEO. The appointment is part of a strategy to guarantee the growth trend achieved in recent years, with the expected goal of reaching €6.5M in turnover and 200 consultants in projects in 2015.

Lisbon, April 28, 2015 - KCS iT has appointed Bruno Rosário as its new CEO. The change in the organization's management is part of a strategy with growth objectives for the consultancy, which expects to achieve results of €6.5M and a target of 200 consultants in projects by the end of the year. The experience brought by the new CEO, along with the concern for applying the best practices and solutions, will become a determining factor in meeting ambitious goals and being recognized as a company that wants and is able to make a difference.

For Tiago Farinha, Managing Director of KCS iT, "In this initial phase, the strategy is to develop a more transversal approach on the part of Bruno Rosário, who will be linked to all areas and sectors of activity at KCS iT. The first concern is to continuously deepen knowledge in order to increasingly boost the company's growth, the motivation of our consultants and the strong links established with our clients, given the challenge set for 2015 of winning new national and international projects.".

Bruno Rosário, the new CEO of KCS iT, confesses that "ft was with great enthusiasm and pride that I decided to accept this new challenge at KCS iT, not only because I want to contribute to building an increasingly solid and prosperous company, but also because working with the current Management is an extra motivating factor, believing that together we will be able to make KCS iT an increasingly important reference for our Employees and Customers.".

Starting his career as a Consultant 9 years ago, Bruno Rosário's experience has given him a transversal view of the different clients' technological areas. The next step, as Team Leader, opened the door to a different reality, to other types of responsibilities and to the development of new skills in conflict management and leadership. As a Manager, my focus on results allowed me to leverage my professional growth in the management and business areas.

Bruno Rosário has a degree in Management Informatics from the Autonomous University of Lisbon. He worked for 7 years as a Consultant and Senior Consultant, later progressing to Team Leader and accepting the challenge of working as Manager, Senior Manager and Business Division Director at KCS iT.
