A KCS iT has opened an office in the city of Porto and is preparing to integrate 30 new consultants into its team. The expansion to the north is part of the consultancy's growth strategy, which aims to reach the milestone of 10M€ turnover in 2017.
Lisbon, May 22nd, 2017 - KCS iT is opening an office in the city of Porto in the year it celebrates its 9th anniversary. The consultancy's expansion to the north will take advantage of Porto's consolidation as a global competence center - boosted by the arrival of new players the city and a local culture of support and encouragement for innovation and entrepreneurship - and to reinforce its proximity consultancy approach. The space is located in the Domus Trindade building.
KCS iT's Porto office is starting up with a team of 17 consultants, and 30 new consultants are expected to join the consultancy's local team by the end of the year. The recruitment process is already underway.

The consultancy's growth outlook for this year, in which the opening of this office is a part of, involves leveraging trends such as the Internet of Things (loT), Cognitive Systems and Virtual Reality (RV) & Augmented (RA) and tools in Chatbot, innovative technological aspects that gained increased relevance in 2016 and that will mark the current and future market.
In addition to investing in Portugal and offering differentiating projects as a market affirmation strategy for 2017, the consultancy will also enter new markets, with a European positioning aimed at Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
