The biennial meeting in Porto set out a path forward that focuses on environmental sustainability, the economic viability of workshops, and the challenge of generational transition. The biennial meeting in Porto set out a path forward.
Our next goals include a clear commitment to digitalization and offering an increasingly comprehensive service to all new mobility vehicles.
Lisbon, April 16 – Euromaster, a network of auto repair shops specializing in comprehensive vehicle maintenance, held its biennial convention in Porto in early April. At the meeting with all of its locations, a roadmap was established for the company, which hopes to reach 600 repair shops in the Iberian Peninsula by 2026.
In addition to its goal of expanding the network—in which franchising will continue to play a key role—the company will also focus on providing an increasingly comprehensive and professional service for all new mobility vehicles, for which ongoing, specialized training will be essential.
And also a commitment to digitization at all levels, starting with the collection of Ieads including tracking vehicle repairs and preventive inspections.
To achieve all of its goals, Euromaster will reinforce the values that are central to its identity: maximum satisfaction for all customers, honesty among all employees who are part of the Euromaster family, and the professionalism of the entire team, which is committed to providing quality service and personalized attention.
Progress in Sustainability
One of the cornerstones of the company's roadmap is sustainability in its broadest sense: environmental, economic, and intergenerational.
In terms of environmental sustainability, the goal is to become the network with the lowest CO2 emissions.
“In 2024, we will move forward with our ambition to shape the future of mobility by promoting and developing new, innovative, and sustainable service offerings, such as our Truck New Deal contracts and electric vehicle maintenance, to help customers reduce their CO2 emissions,”, says the CEO of Euromaster Services et Management.
“We are determined to become the leader in key areas, such as end-of-life management and sustainable recycling,” he adds Benoit Hubert.
From an economic standpoint, the goal is to make all the workshops in the network increasingly profitable. To that end, the company will invest in tools that enhance competitiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Thus, among the company’s recent achievements is the creation of a Marketplace, a digital tool accessible to all centers that allows for the centralization of purchases on a single platform, which is expected to generate more than 300 million euros.
Finally, this biennial meeting in Porto charted the course forward: ensuring succession at the franchised workshops. To that end, the Euromaster will accompany them at all times, walk alongside them, and help them with whatever is necessary to adapt to all the changes brought about by this new mobility, while always respecting their own origins and identity.
