Origin and Evolution of the Project
Initium Novum was born in 2016, as a result of the founders, Filipe and Luísa from Lisbon, becoming unemployed. After rebuilding their lives by moving to Troia, they invested in refurbishing houses and apartments in Setúbal and Lisbon. With the experience gained and the growing demand from friends and family, they decided to formalize their real estate brokerage, obtaining their AMI license in 2022. In 2024, they expanded their offer to include loan brokerage.
