The marketing professionals have a lot to learn from the startups. Not only with the way it becomes possible to create and manage startups that attract the most capable talent, their ability to innovate new business models and the use of efficient operational methodologies, but also in the way they design products and services that have at their core the value of the Communication.

How can organizations and agencies develop a approach that enhances communication? The first step is to develop a value proposition effective.

A model of value proposition can function as a tool to validate actions, but its main purpose is to filter out ideas that have the potential to create long-term value.

There is no single way to design a value proposition in Communication. It depends on the context in which the organization operates and the needs of its customers, whether current or expected. But there are some initial questions that can be asked that can help in this process, realizing if it adds value to the customer experience, if it allows us to attract new customers, if it is simple enough to be understood by our audience.
