The main key to success
If there were a formula for success, everyone would achieve it. The problem is that there isn't one. Many companies have had to figure out what their key to success is. Each one has a different name that opens different doors. One is called dedication, another leadership, another strategy, another communication, etc. However, there is one that can open every door: the master key. That key to success is happiness.
If we aren’t happy doing what we love, how can we be successful? An employee who isn’t motivated and happy won’t devote themselves fully to their work. If a leader isn’t happy both professionally and personally, they won’t lead in a way that enables their team to perform their tasks well. If we don’t show our happiness to our audiences, they won’t feel empathy.
Happiness is contagious; be happy to achieve success.
