ADRITEM Inaugurates First European Incubator for Occupational Mental Health
The NIBEL Project - Center for Innovation and Welfare at Work, promotes innovative solutions for a healthier and more balanced labor market. “Do you think you can take it?”, challenge to develop entrepreneurial skills marks inauguration
Oliveira de Azeméis, February 6th - A new phase in well-being at work begins with the launch of the project NIBEL, The first European incubator focused exclusively on research and innovation for mental health, well-being and happiness at work, developed in the Business Center of the Ul/Loureiro Host Area.
The project by ADITREM - Association for Integrated Regional Development of the Lands of Santa Maria - opens with “Do you think you can handle it?", a unique challenge that will put entrepreneurs to the test in an environment of pressure and real-time decision-making.
The challenge will take place on May 10th, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., no Business Center - Ul-Loureiro reception area, This will be a unique opportunity for innovative projects in the field of mental health at work. Each project can register up to two participants, at a cost of €99.90 per registration.
O “Do you think you can handle it?” will function as a test for entrepreneurs who seek to develop their skills in resilience, stress management and leadership, with real challenges that reflect the ups and downs of the business world, in an interactive and entertaining way.
With the creation of NIBEL, ADRITEM, through its Start In project - which manages the area of entrepreneurship and social innovation - has taken on a leading and committed role in promoting innovative solutions for a healthier and more balanced labor market.
ADRITEM's initiative once again positions the region as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship and reinforces its commitment to creating conditions for new projects and ideas. The aim is to generate a positive impact on the local economy and the quality of life of communities.
