Unison Strategy

By defining a unified communication strategy, you create a roadmap and a plan that can be consulted and revised during the various phases of implementing communication initiatives.

The foundation of a successful communication plan is a story. To enter (or remain in) a particular market, telling a compelling, exciting, and convincing story is as important today as it has ever been. A good, well-told story continues to make a difference, regardless of the brand, and makes it clear that:

  • Vision, Mission, and Values: re-examine these terms at the organizational level, as they will guide the message and the choice of communication channels.
  • Purpose: state the purpose of the plan for that market and provide an overview of the objectives and how they fit into the strategy.
  • Offer: Highlight the product or service and its value proposition.
  • Market: Describe the scope, circumstances, and trends, including relevant economic, social, political, and cultural considerations, a profile of the target audiences, and factors that influence their decisions.
  • Competition: Analyzing the existing competition helps position the company effectively and make decisions regarding pricing and initial marketing options.
  • Goals: Indicate the expected market position and explain how to achieve it.
  • Message: create an original message tailored to the characteristics of the organization and its various audiences, as well as to its offerings and strengths
  • Channels: Identify media and channels that can serve as platforms for dissemination to be integrated into the communication strategy. Within an organization, there are various sources of information, and it is necessary to ensure that they convey the intended message efficiently, effectively, and, above all, consistently.
  • Execution: List the activities to be carried out to implement the Communication Plan, specifying a timeline and the individuals responsible for each action.
  • Evaluation: Develop methods for monitoring and evaluating the various actions, in phases, to determine the objectives to be achieved and any necessary adjustments.

The quality of a narrative and the monitoring and evaluation of a plan are the cornerstone of strategic communication.
