The phrase is the title of the first article of my collaboration with the weekly newspaper Sol. But the truth it contains goes far beyond a natural disaster. The lesson of Kristin Storm serves as a metaphor for any business crisis.

In a global marketplace where demand never ceases, competition never waits and attention is scattered in seconds, those who don't adapt quickly are left behind. While companies are still on their feet and brands are slow to position themselves, international competition is advancing. Without being able to deliver, opportunities disappear.
