Lisbon, September 4th, 2018 - For the second year running, Boyden, the world's leading talent and leadership consultancy, has made the top 10 of the “Best Executive Recruiting Firms 2018", compiled by Forbes. In total, there are 250 companies in the magazine's ranking.

Boyden Portugal is to be congratulated, having far exceeded the global results of the network and those of the Executive Search market, which has achieved growth of around 10.3% in Europe and Africa, according to data from the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) Report 2018.
Maintaining the trend of continuous and sustained growth, Boyden Portugal grew by more than 40% last year. This rate of increase solidified Portugal's presence on the podium of the network's global performance ranking (taking into account the sales indicator, weighted by GDP), only surpassed by Denmark and Finland.

Both Boyden and the other executive recruitment companies on this list were selected on the basis of the results of an extensive independent survey conducted by Forbes and the data analysis company Satista.
In order to determine the positions, Statista entered into its system around 30,000 recruiters and 4,500 jobseekers, as well as human resources managers who have worked in the area over the last three years.
Respondents were asked to name the ten best executive search firms. The companies could not nominate themselves. Over 14,500 nominations were gathered and the companies with the most recommendations ranked the highest.
