Iván Llanos appointed Euromaster's HR Director for Spain and Portugal. The company's aim is to continue focusing on people, both clients and employees.
Lisbon, April 26th - Euromaster, a network of workshops specializing in comprehensive vehicle maintenance, has appointed Iván Llanos as its new Human Resources Director for Spain and Portugal. The aim is to continue to invest in the knowledge and professionalism of the 900 people in the Iberian network, the real “engine” of the company.
Iván Llanos joined Euromaster at the beginning of 2019, always linked to the Human Resources area, first as Director of Labor Relations and Talent and now as head of the entire department.
With a degree in Labor Relations and a degree in Labor Sciences from the Carlos III University in Madrid, Llanos has a master's degree in Business Administration and another in Human Resources from the EUDE Business School. His 25 years of experience in the areas of people within an organization give him a very balanced and complete vision of how to reconcile a company's objectives with labour relations.
Llanos, 45, born in Getafe, Madrid, grew up in a family linked to the world of cars and mobility, thanks to his father's profession as a “long-time” mechanic.
In addition, he has a vast and diversified career in other economic sectors, such as construction, private security, consultancy or the Horeca channel, which gives him a global vision of both the world of small businesses and multinationals.
Iván Llanos has been appointed Euromaster's HR Director for Spain and Portugal at a key moment for the network, which is in full business expansion, with the franchising as an axis of growth and the incorporation of new services that complement the traditional offer of mechanics and tires. It's also a challenging time, given the sector's difficulty in finding qualified workers, especially in after-sales.
“The basis for offering quality service to customers is having trained workers who are happy and proud to belong to the company.”, summarizes Iván Llanos. In order to achieve this, we have to implement all possible and available mechanisms and resources.”, he adds.
