This multidisciplinary recruitment process is now in its final stages, focusing on professionals from the fields of Telecommunications Engineering, Energy, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, following the earlier selection of consultants with backgrounds in Management and Economics. In the first half of September, Maksen’s new consultants will join the organization’s initial training program, “Get Ready,” which aims to prepare them for the day-to-day challenges of consulting.
