November 16, 2023 - Mazars, a leading international audit, tax and advisory firm, and FORVIS, the eighth largest firm in the sector in the United States, jointly announced today that they will create a global network that will go directly into the top 10 as of June 1, 2024. The new network will position both firms for continued global growth, expanding their capabilities to better serve their clients, especially those with international needs.
The network will operate under a single brand worldwide, Forvis Mazars. With approximately €4.7 billion (US$ 5 billion) in revenue, Forvis Mazars will enter the global top 10. Formed exclusively by just two members, the network is designed to be agile, offer consistency and have global scale to meet the needs of its clients. Both members of the network will continue to be owned by their current partners. As of June 1, 2024, Mazars USA will join Forvis Mazars in the USA.
