“After Easter, what remains is not rest. It's the question: is your organization being perceived or just existing?”

We are living through a time of crossing characterized by global tension, a period of uncertainty and decisions without full visibility. In this context, many organizations continue to believe that silence protects them, but instead of protection they find exposure.

That was the starting point of the article I wrote last week in the Weekly SOL, on “Good Friday, war and reputation” and what leaders do when they don't have answers.

Adapting is not about reacting to the next shock, but about defining what is important, reconnecting with the right people and anticipating what comes next. This adaptation is only strategic when it is understood, both inside and outside the organization. When there is coherence between what is said, what is done and what is delivered.

Today, change is no longer episodic but structural. Decision-makers, even when they are not hiring, are observing, comparing and forming an opinion. It is in this silent space, before the time of urgency, that they decide who will be considered when the decision comes.

In the end, the question goes back to the beginning: is your organization being perceived or just existing?
