Lisbon, December 12th - The Portugal Agora platform, together with Link To Leaders, is organizing the V Link to Portugal Forum on Tuesday, December 19. Starting at 6pm at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon, the conditions for establishing Portugal as a hub for Talent and Innovation will be debated.

The event will feature a speech by Diogo Mónica, president of Anchorage Digital, a US-based fintech company and one of the "unicorn" companies of Portuguese origin.

Link to Portugal, promoted by Portugal Agora and Link To Leaders, is an initiative that aims to connect the national diaspora and Portuguese working from Portugal to the world, and to gather contributions for the country that we aspire to in the near future.

According to Carlos Sezões, president of the Portugal Agora platform, "In this event we intend to clarify the conditions for attracting talent - on a scale and in a sustainable way - and creating innovation and value, in this context of transformation of our societies. And what role our diaspora can play around the world to trigger relevant opportunities for this goal."

About the "Portugal Agora" platformis a citizenship project that aims to promote a vision for our country based on 4 dimensions (Portugal Attractive, Portugal Knowledge, Portugal Entrepreneur and Portugal Resilient), in order to facilitate the passage from strategy to action - generating concrete proposals for public policies or civil society initiatives. The project was built by a group of citizens (more than 400 subscribers) who volunteered to promote a platform for the realization of this vision. Its goal will be to consolidate sets of thematic proposals for intervention and their respective dissemination and public discussion. Additional information: http://www.portugalagora.com/
